Empire Today was supposed to come out on 3 occasions to do an estimate, all three times they canceled/didnt show.

The first appointment was scheduled for 2/9/13 between 9am and 11am. On 2/9/13 I had gotten a baby sitter for my child and got over to the house to wait for the representative, they called at 9am and rescheduled.

The second appointment was set for 2/11/13 between 7pm and 9pm. Once again, had baby sitter for my child and was on the way to the house and they called at 7 and canceled. At this point I declined the option to reschedule. I was not going to give them a third chance.

The following day (2/12/13) I got phone calls from a manager(Petey Austin) and a corp office employee begging for another opportunity to come out, they both offered discounts and the manager promised he would personally come out and do the estimate this time and would make sure it got done. Well, I regrettably gave them another chance.

I scheduled for Mr. Austin to come out on 2/14/13 at 7:30pm. He didnt show up and this time nobody even called! I called him 15 min after he was supposed to be there and he said he wouldn't be able to make it due to another appoinment. Then had the nerve to tell me the other appt was for an entire house like it was more important than my job because he thought it was a bigger job! He obviously didnt realize I need 6 bedrooms and a flight of stairs carpeted!

I am very dissatisfied with their lack of planning and customer service skills. I cant imagine actually purchasing flooring from them and having to go through the installing process. I wonder how long it would actually take to have my carpet installed!
