Empire Today Empire Today's buckling carpet Nationwide

Empire Today installed carpet in 4 bedrooms, hallways and stairs of my house 2 years ago.  The carpet has now started buckling in many areas.  Upon contacting their customer service and explaing my dissatisfaction I was told my issue lies under the labor warranty and that is only for one year. I was told I would have to pay $300 to have the same carpet stretched and reinstalled.  So after already paying almost $5000 (despite their sketchy promotions) I am expected to pay more for poor workmanship.  Gee, perhaps all companies should do poor work and then make more money charging customers to fix what was not properly done the first time! Sounds like a rip off to me.
