I used Empire for a home I purchased in August 2017. The home was empty and Brian K sales person came out and measured. Brian K said the carpet I chose was the best, padding was the best.10 year warrenty, would not stain,I would not see spots appear due to quality of Carpet and padding. $8000.00. I approved and installation was set.

Install had some very noticable seams, installer said they would "settle" give it a few months.

I had carpet cleaned and noticed these spots appearing, carpet graying and called Empire.

Kyle from Empire came out said carpet should not be so warn after 7 months and carpet had graying. He took samples pictures.

Called 7 times to Kyle no return call.

4 weeks later after 6 calles to Empire they send A-1st Carpet Impressions out,Steven took pictures Carpet samples and said it would go to manufacture Mohawk.

Weeks go by and I get a call from Empire, Mohawk said carpet is fine and we will not replace. But wait Brain had told ne no questions asked,if a stain doesnt come up we will replace. She said we will offer you free labor if you purchase carpet. Are you kidding me I just spent 8k on carpet which did not last 7 months and you want me to purchase again? I requested that she send it to me in writing (which she has not) I also have left two messages for Brian to call me ,I would like to know why he lied to me and what he is going to do to help this situation. No return calls.

How can any company not honor a warrenty ,allow dishonest sales people to work for their company and rip off a consumer, I have not finished with this and will continue until this gets resolved. This is horrible treatment and a horrible company. I have contacted a local news station in hopes for resolution if nothing else get this dishonet company on camera. I will be email all the corporate officers to see if possibly they are blind and unaware of the way consumers are treated.
