emusic charged my debit card funds for something i did not download any music and told them to refund and they refuse. no notication they were taking this money. though it was a trial didn't they would take money after trial was over. internet

i was charged on debit card for music i did not download.  thought that it was a trial but did not know that they were going to take money after trial was over.  asked for refund they refuse.  i cancelled it but i want my money back.  why pay for something that i am not useing.  need to let other know do not mess with them.  then had to search the net to find a number to call.  there is no number on the page.  please do not use this site bad costermer relation.

I can tell what you're posting is not truthful. If you were charged, and did not use the membership balance that you were charged, they would have gladly made an exception to the NO REFUND policy that you agreed to when you signed up (learn to read the terms of service by the way.. theres a reason theyre there) and refunded you your money!

So obviously, you are either lying because you're angry you didnt read before you signed up, or you didnt contact their customer service.

Honestly, it's just your own fauly for being an idiot and not reading the terms of use. The fact if you don't cancel you'll get charged is pretty darn plain on the website.

 No just a bad consumer. YOU did not READ!!!!!! Had you read the website you would have seen for yourself that the trial was NOT for a song but for a MEMBERSHIP!! You did not call and cancel YOUR MEMBERSHIP. They are NOT going to give you back money because you were too click happy and CHOSE to NOT READ!! Get over yourself princess YOU made the mistake and NOT THEM. Its awful nice of you to bash THEM for YOUR IGNORANCE!! YOU FAILED TO READ EVEN THE MOST BASIC OF INFORMATION. YOU RIPPED YOURSELF OFF!! They WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. You compound your problems by posting a FAKE review. Youre really taking stupid right to the edge huh.
