Enterprise Financial Group RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF DO NOT EVER BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES!!! Irving, Texas
*Author of original report: Beware of purchasing warranties for cars with high miles
Will not cover my control arms bushings claiming that it's normal wear and tear! It's possible since it's a Kia and Kia makes the worst cars in the world! Don't ever buy a Kia either! But this warranty doesn't cover any of the major items and I have the Platinum policy!

Beware of purchasing warranties for cars with high miles
AUTHOR: KaTrena - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 30, 2013
I have researched your most recent claim and have found that your car now has 99,000 miles on it, and according to the repair representative both the right and left hand upper control arm bushings and links are loose and worn out. As you stated from your contract in email, any failures caused by wear and tear, ordinary use are not covered. Its reasonable to expect these parts to be worn on a car with 99,000 miles even Kia recommends they be inspected every 15,000 miles and replaced if worn.
To answer your question, wear and tear, ordinary use is a gradual loss of performance which has resulted from normal operation and use (due to mileage and/or age). Items that are recommended for replacement at
maintenance intervals are items that wear down just due to ordinary use of the vehicle (like brake pads), and are not covered under this plan. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely
