On July 24, 2013 I purchased an extended warranty for my 2007 Lincoln MKX for the purchase price of $3500. Eight months later, I discovered that the policy was not as extensive as I was led to believe, so I cancelled the policy. I was told that I would be receiving a refund on the policy. I wrote a cancellation letter dated March 14, 2014. I waited several months without receiving the refund. When I called, I was talked to April at Ext. 704 and was told that refunds were processed on Friday and that I would be receiving it shortly. To my dismay, I did not receive it. I called again and was told the same thing. On the third call, I was told she would take it up with her supervisor and she would get back to me. Now when I call the number 1-888-926-7277 I get Omni Group. It isn't the company I need to speak with. I need to talk to a person. Do not use this company! They are a fraud!

Jennifer from EFG responded very quickly to my post concerning my refund from Precise AutoProtection. I am happy to say that the issue has been resolved! Their company was not aware of the situation and as soon as they were notified, they contacted me. I have since received my complete refund. Thank you Jennifer and EFG!
