Enterprise Rent-A-Car Any enterprise I sincerely suggest customers to NOT rent from Enterprise Lexington Kentucky

I used to rent from Enterprise all the time about 3 years ago, then I switched to Hertz for the rest of the years. The reason was simply because Hertz offers the service that is much much better and Enterprise just offers the worst services ever.

This Apirl I happened to rent from Enterprise again becuase I did not had a choice (my car was in a auto shop which has connection with Enterpise). 

Picked up the car on a raining day when they told me the condition of the car was great. After rental days returned the car, the scratches came out at the bottom right body, and I was told to be responsible for it. It seemed ridiculous and I was 100% positive that I did NOT scratch the car since I did not even drive it (beisides get home and get back). 

They contacted me and asking for more than $1,200 afterwards. considering my precious time and business, I decide to pay fo the money because I am buying my time back. However, how do a busness like this survived? 

I sincerely sugggest NOT to rent from Enterprise because all they want is money, rather than establishing a trust systen bewteen customers and the company. Employees are trained to add on services, being rude and the busness itself cares nothing about customer. 

This is my story and I do not want it to happen to others. Do not waste your time and money. DO NOT PAY THAT EXTRA $1,000+ AND DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE
