Enterprise rent a car Aliah M .McCullough I rented a car in july 9, 2013 they asked me for my credit card $50.00 of deposit. . Philadelphia Pennsylvania

OK , I made a report for my husband car accident . to my Insurance co Allstate . they rented a car for him in this company Enterprise. We went there july 9 2013 , The lady who made the paper asked if he want insurance . He told her not. She made the paper under my name because I was the person who did the report. she asked me for my dirver licence and filled the paper . She ask for a credit car . He asked her why and she said for security .

He told her i do not want any discount under my credit card she said no only $50.00 .

On saturday 20 I received a phone call regarding Enterprise insurance I missunderstood about what she said because we did not asked for any insurance . I told her the car is back on monday the 22. went we were there and I asked regarding that insurance she told me I asked for Insurence and I sign with my initial the little space but she never explain to us what was that . only sign here here and here and that it.

They discount $286.00 dollars under my husbad debit card . without his authorization .He did not sign any thing and the car was rented under my name. I did not have bank account with him. He is desagree with that.  

He explain to her every thing and the lady said is hard to believe that. that mean we are a liar .

I made a mistake to believe in what the lady explain to us the day we rented a car .

We believe that is illegal to take the money without the owner authorization.

We made the report into my Bank but at the same time we made the complain the way those people treat the customer and wrapper the information. They only care about sign and take the money like this.
