I ordered a subscription from a door-to-door saleperson (John Hall) of a magazine on 5-2-2005 and have not received it yet or a refund from the so-called company. I have faxed and called the company many times and filed with BBB with no solution. I am looking for a lawyer in Canon City for small claims and class action lawsuit against the company and all employees of company in four days from today, if no solution happens after my last direct contacts with company.
