DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
As the others have said it is a HUGE SCAM! NO WHERE DID I see an ongoing charge was being added. The phone number on my charge card is UNANSWERED. After LOTS of hoops and phone numbers 888-985-3495 got me to agent John #322. He was less than helpful and the same run around as others I see here. I even read him the LACK of information on the email and website enviecream.net.
DO NOT BE DUPED!

I signed up for a free trial - pay 4.95 s&h.  Then was slammed with a $98.63 charge 2 weeks later and 2 more months of $98.63 that I didn't catch while on summer travel, then had to search and search for a working phone number as my email to the customercare @ enviecream . com told me they couldn't actually help me cancel or refund me.
