Asked by phone to pick up product. Said there was no return for product. I wrote letter stating same as i'd told them by phone. received a call. repeated on phone,same. to pick up unopened product. online,i saw a letter from someone about product not working. of additional product sent to her dad and co. was harrassing by phone and letters. report to credit bureau. i,today received a letter of intent to turn me in to credit bureau. againa,they are welcome to have product picked up. she made it clear to me that they don't take back.. a real scam!!!! beware fairview New Jersey

phone rep asked to alloy to send product,stating no credit card info. 3 yr. septic tank treatment,with payments that could be sent in in 5 pmts. money back guarantee. upon reading the warrenty,i saw that there would be no way to prove it didn't work,and i was afraid to use in my septic tank. by phone,i asked csr to have picked up. she said that they didn't receive product back. told her that it was unopened and would be here for them to receive. csr said that i would be turned over to collections. got online checking on co.  saw where a daughter said that dad had received 2nd shipment. they threatened to turn her dad over to credit bureau. couldn't get them to pick up product. i  didn't ship it back,because csr stated clearly that they don't receive product.  this product will remain unopened,and they can send return label. this is a scam that people pay so that their credit won't get ruined.  please,please alert !!!
