Environmental Water Resource Aggressive salesperson, total BS! Tampa Florida

 I got a postcard in the mail from this company after I bought my house. It says in big letters "Water Update!". I thought it was from the water company so I called. Dan who I think is the owner of the company explained to me that the city is putting chemicals into the water and that I should be careful with drinking or bathing in this "water". He explained that he could have someone come out and test the water at no cost. I agreed after some doubt. His salesperson Bobby K arrived and I went to introduce myself and from the get go I knew this guy was an a*****e. He looked away as he gave me the limp handshake and just started the typical command and control of the conversation tactics. We went inside for the "testing" of the water and the situation immediately went South. He just stared out of the kitchen window rambling on about water quality and why I would be "STUPID!" Not to get his water filtration system. I could not ask a question without this a*****e interrupting! After awhile I just told him this conversation is over and to leave. He kept rambling on. After a couple of minutes I motioned for him to leave and he still kept rambling. This guy was the biggest jerk I've ever met. So u called the company to explain my experience and spoke to Dan. He apologized and stated Bob was a new employee and he'd already gotten a couple of complaints about him and he has no other choice but to fire him. I thought and said to him that he needs to do something about him and let it go. Then I got curious and googled their company reviews and sure as sh** there are other complaints about him that go back years! So that makes Dan a liar. Be careful of this company as they obviously are scamming people who don't know any better. Let's see how they refute this.
