EPhone company is a rip-off and steal money out of your bank account

One day I was checking my business checking account and notice that there was a 54.90 transaction made. After I thought about it for a few minutes I came to the conclusion that I had not wrote a check for that amount nor used my bank card. When I called into the customer service dept. of my bank, they told me that a company called ephone telecom made an automatic deduction from my account. I ask the rep, how could this be, I didn't authorize any such company. So she gave me their phone number.

I called them and they had me on hold for about 15 minutes after which the phone just gave me a busy signal, of course, I was furious by that time, so I called back and after being on hold for 5 minutes, a recording came on and explained to me the nature of their service, which they said, this is a long distance company, and that they'll offer you a free trial for 45 or 90 days - then at the end of this, they will deduct this 54.90 from your account every month, and if you want to speak to a customer service agent or cancel, to press a number or hold. So I press whatever the number was, at this time it put me on hold again, for about another 10 minutes, then it said "we are unable to answer your call now, but please leave a message, with your full name and number. I could have exploded then, yes for just a little $54.90, because it's the principle, how these crooks or companies, or whoever just go around stealing from people, most of who will never notice it. Anyway, I left a message alright, which entailed every word, but a good one. I know, I didn't authorized this company, because 1)I never heard of them; 2)I just purchased this computer and printer system, my very first one in January of 2002; 3)I had just opened up my bank account; 4) by everything being new to me, and I only gave my info over the computer to 2 companies and those people were not one, but one of the others must have sold my information to them and I have a good idea who did; and 5) since my accounts and computer were relatively new, I was able to keep track and I know I didn't authorize these thieves to go into my account.

Anyways, after I threaten them with violence and after my bank investigated them, and replaced my money back, these thieves sent me a letter stating that they were sorry that I wasn't satisfied with their service, what stupid faced nerves they had to write a letter to my home and not answer my call. Creeps.
