Ephone telecom, Inc ripoff stealing billing information deceptive company dirty ripoff dogs Herndon, Miami VA,FL

The company sent the long distance service phone card ,which NEVER was ordered ,to my address wiht 10 days Free-Trial of using their service. I sent my answer to cancel this service by : email, mail and FAX, but anyway my accont ( Where did they get it from???) was charged.... actually - for nothingas I am happy with my AT&T Long Distance provider and did NOT activate that bloody service.

There is no luck to get in touch with the a company by phone - you can get automaticly only options to get information about the service, to registrate the account and to cancel, but you can cancel ONLY if you give the password, which you are getting ONLY in registration.

So from the begining this service of this company is created to trick people. The worth thing is - the company is useing people's banking informatio nwhich NEVER was provided to them and makes not-authorized charges using it .
This is a crime.
So Ithink asminimum- the local Police has to deal with that.
