I broke my finger and went to the Dr. for surgery. I was contacted via phone by a collections company to setup a payment plan for the portion of the bill not covered by insurance. I received a bill from a company which told me to send the bill to  PO Box 1022 Wixom, MI 48393

When I called the doctors office however, they never heard of this address and said this company was not at all associated with them at all. Also note that the bill I received from this fraudulent company had the correct Dr's Office phone number but wanted the check sent to them at PO Box 1022 Wixom, MI 48393.
