Eric you're a f****ing liar. The shoot went well? I'm so p***ed off. Eric you know what you did buddy. You don't know why I admitted to writing that? Because YOU DID IT!

I'm not just gonna write something about someone for shits and giggles. Why you? Why did I choose to write about you out of all the other photographers? You DID EVERY SINGLE THING I put down.

Eric is right about me asking to shoot with him again through email. He emailed me saying that how could I write about him since I did so. I denied it.

Why? Because I asked him to shoot again without the INTENTION of shooting. This is not gonna make me look good but I'd rather not be made to look a fool or someone out to GET a photographer.

I wanted to have a friend go over there and scare the s**t of him. We discussed it in a half serious manner. So then I emailed Eric and I said I had a stylist and mua, and let's shoot. I obviously decided against doing anything at all to the scumbag and didn't talk to him till I asked for the pictures again.

The only reason I was nice to Eric in asking for my pictures was....cause I wanted the pictures. No one's gonna give you anything if you're mean to them.

I really could've given a s**t if he was well or not. I wanted the pics he took of me. It was coincidental that days after I saw his name on rip off report.

I wrote this on my own without a group of models out to get Eric. No one likes you a*****e. Everyone knows how you are, and you have some nerve denying those things that you did. If walls could talk, indeed.

My insulting of your cats didn't stop you from trying to smoke up with me and fondle me. Guess it didn't offend you that bad. I came by after 9 PM that day because we had agreed for me to come right after viewing a taping of Tough Crowd. What difference does that make? If I had come at 9 AM would you not have been horny then?

Another thing, I do topless/nude shots. Big f***ing deal.

When I had done the topless test shoot with you it was my first time doing anything at all like that.

Don't act like "oh she does it all the time so what's her problem". I posted ONE pic you took of me on my webpage, then took it down. AND?

All my topless/nudes on omp are fairly recent so what are you trying to prove.

Something you don't seem to understand. I take them now obviously. That does not make me a hypocrite. I'm not the crazy one Eric. You're just mad that I am one of the models that brought your s**t out into the open and will keep on doing so until you admit that you did it.

I am hoping that no one will take this person seriously considering the juvenile and obnoxious tone, but I feel that I need to respond to set the record straight.

The girl who posted this is Nerlande Daniel, an amateur model whose webpage can be seen at onemodelplace.com model # 60439. http://www.onemodelplace.com/model_list.cfm?ID=60439 I figured out it was her since she was the only person I had a shoot with in November 2004 with the initial N. I took a chance and emailed to ask if it was her and she actually admitted it, though I don't know why. I guess unstable people don't use reason.

Why did I even considered shooting this amateur model for free? Occasionally there are girls that haven't found agencies who have potential, and if this one did, I didn't mind helping her out. In the end, she didn't. (her first lie was about her height)

She came by after 9pm (her choice) to shoot on November 3rd. Since it was so late I only shot her for about an hour. I remember that she kept saying that she was scared of my cats and that they were ugly, which offended me, but I ignored her (this is the one truth of her post above). In fairness to my cats, everyone thinks they are beautiful and loves them. Many girls have asked if they could keep them. Other than her being obnoxious, there were no problems during out shoot. When we were done, I was relieved and I told her I would email her the pictures. She asked me for $20 for cab fare. I declined.

On November 4th I emailed her the pictures. She was happy and used them on her webpage.

On November 8th she emailed me and asked me to shoot with her again! I declined, saying I didn't have the time (which was true, but I also didn't like her personality either). As a professional, I am very organized and still have every email she sent me to prove it.

On may 11th she wrote me this (this is the exact email):

How does the person who wrote the previous email turn into the person who wrote this post? I don't know. I am astonished by it. I suppose that I was a little naive not knowing that people could be as crazy as this.

I am very busy and it was not my priority to search my DVD archives for her pictures again. I saved her email, and so I suppose that after weeks with no response about her pictures she got angry (despite what she claimed in the email above) and decided to attack my character with this ridiculous posting.

It should be obvious to any sane person that if any of the inappropriate things that she claims happened to her, she would never have 1)asked me to shoot again days later, or 2)want the pictures again because she lost hers, or 3)list me on her web page as a photographer she has worked with without leaving any negative comments.

You may also notice that on her model profile she has around 10 topless photographs of herself. This proves her dishonesty and hypocrisy on another point in saying that she feared that her dad would see the pictures. She obviously didn't think this story very far through. There was no pinching, sexual touching, fingers in mouth, trying to kiss, drugs, etc. It is embarrassing to have to spell that out , but I have to in case it wasn't clear to anyone.

It pains me to have to digress back to this type of junior high school lying and drama, but I can't just leave it without setting the record straight. I regret that I may be fueling her craziness by responding (and I expect more crazy things about myself to follow), but I have to. The problem with this site is that a person can be accused of anything without any proof of the facts or the accusers identity, besides an anonymous free email, and the owners of the site refuse to take anything down. 4 other photographers were accused of surprisingly similar things in the same week as me.

I have all of my emails archived and a web archive of her model profile (as of 06/06/05) to prove all of the facts I have stated above.

I have worked with hundreds of great models and have excellent relationships with every top model agency in NYC. The professionals who actually work with me know this.
