Aside from WHAT I purchased, I still was not given what I PAID for. When a person spends money on a product they expect to receive what they actually paid for. This is more troubling; especially on the Internet when a company's location is unknown and the only way to contact them is by fax or email.

It is a shame these kinds of people don't provide the service or products they promise. A cheater getting cheated is just not right.

Try writing the paper yourself instead of plagerizing someone else's work. Afterall, that's what an education is for.
