Everything Neon Shittiest Customer Service Imaginable - Do NOT do business with these crooks Boca Raton, Florida

I was part of a bulk order of maybe 12-15 neon signs, all the same.  The order was made in November of 2011 and we were assured that we would have our stuff by Christmas.  Well, I'm writing this in August of 2012.  No sign.  Not that there have not been excuses.  There were vendor issues, there were delivery issues, there were excessive volume issues.  There was this one time back in April, maybe when I was told on a Friday that my sign had shipped and I should have it by Monday.  Most of what I ahve had is no answers, or the corporate office with a full answering machine on a Thursday at about noon.  No excuse for this.  This the WORST experience of any nature I've ever had in trying to buy something.  Stay wwell away.  Matter of fact, please email them at(((REDACTED))) and ask them where mysign is!
