On December 8, 2011 I called to place an order for a sign that I stated to the sales dept would be for a Christmas present.  I asked BEFORE placing the order if this would be possible to receive for Christmas and was assured that if I ordered that day that I would indeed have it for Christmas.  I  ordered the sign and then followed up a week later by phone (repeated calls before I actually spoke with a live person) 

Was told that they had quite a backlog at that point due to Christmas orders but that they were working on it.  Followed up the week of Christmas because it became apparent that I would not have my sign.  Was told 2 days before Christmas that I would not have the sign, but that it would ship by New Year.  I'm now wondering what New Year - 2014-2015-2020??  Followed up on 1/12/2011 as I still haven't received the sign.  My credit card was charged on December 8th and I questioned how they could possibly think of charging my credit card when they have no idea when they will ship the sign. 

At Christmas I was told it was already in manufacturing- which would lead one to believe that it was actually being made at that time.  Not so.  Latest contact with them tells me that I should have it another 3 weeks.  Mind you that  I was promised to have it originally withing 2 weeks.  Have contacted my credit card company to dispute charges.  Total Scam-  Please find someone else local to make your signs.   All other claims filed here  are completely TRUE- Total Rip-off!!!!
