EXACTTA offers SIM cards and they are very expensive and they don't work and they tell you if you have any problems that you will get a refund but it doesn't happen.  The representatives can never give you an answer and keep telling you to call back the next day until months go by.  

These SIM cards are usually sold at airports at Kiosks, do not buy them, not worth it.

I bought a  EXACTTA sim card at the airport of RIO DE JANERO in febuary 2012. But it did never work.

After many many many messages, EXACTTA company promised me to transfer the amount but i'm always waitting for that... It seems to be a scam.

Exactta Communication I purchased a Sim Card in Rome, Italy, airpt., it was 124 Euro, TEXT never worked, made 4 ph. calls, and told would be refunded, 4 mos. later, never refunded, they lie and act like they will take care of it, and now, will not ans. my calls or e-mails. They are terrible customer service and do not stand by their product, though they act like they do. Rome, Italy exactta.com
