We had a very bad experience with this company.  Agents were very unprofessional and were not consistent between different people.  In our BBB complaint reply, we were called slanderous and nothing but liars. (The person whom responds to complaints and reviews loves using the word slanderous, see the other complaint reply posted on the bbb website). I was even accused of saying I was a Senator from Pennsylvania...wth. Was even called a D*** when a agent was hanging up.  We highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, they do not hold true to there claims and promises.

Before the deal...

Presenter claims to be Executive Travel, instead are really a third party retailer.

Claimed they were approved by the attorney general of Pennsylvania. 

After the deal..

Company does not inform you that calls are recorded. 

Agents do not give their name when you call. Not welcoming at all. 

Company claimed we were not members even though we had a member number. 

Social Media links take you back to the main website ExecutiveTravel.us. Links have now been removed. 

Agents do not call back on the following day as they said they would. 

Will not take responsibility for issues, blames TSMembers or the selling company that represent them for problems.

Made a remark we were being slanderous 

Agent claimed he was a lawyer when confronted by a cancellation request. 

Refund check came from a third party, the address of which is a UPS store in Marina Del Rey, CA

Reviews on the website could not be confirmed by searching for them.  The reviews have since been removed. 

Attempted to book a week in Williamsburg in a condo, as we were told we could book immediately, all they had were condos in Dubois, PA, over 6 hours from Williamsburg.
