Explore Your World Exiting Vallarta Gardens in Nuevo Vallarta we were offered an exit package. We paid $2,000 for 50 credits which could be used to book hotel rooms and rental cars and airfare. We bought generally for the airfare. They sub out the airfare and rental credits to another company, TPS Atlanta. You are supposed to submit a request, then it could take up to 180 days to get the credits. We have placed two requests one well over one year ago and the other 10 months ago and have received no airfare credits.  They say some credits are forthcoming, but are waiting for ALL of them to be approved. Very sure all deception since I am reading other people are having the exact same experience. They also claim VIP hotel rooms are a certain price which we were told in the presentation and are printed online. However, if you try to book one in "high season" the price is twice as much. Bought an exit package at Vallarta Gardens, Nayarit, Mexico in  2012 for $2,000.  For that $2,000, we were to get 50 credits to use toward hotel rooms (weekly rates), airfare and rental cars.

Another company handles airfare credits (one credit = $799).  Place a request, wait no more than 180 days....credit issued....NOT!!  We have placed requests for 6 tickets over a year ago....nothing.  We are told many B.S. stories and have bee promised that they are working on our "CASE".  They say they are calling accounting, sales, supervisors, etc......but no futher communication after I initiate yet another call.  They say its been a slow year, they are swamped with paperwork, on and on......smell rip off?

The hotel rooms are listed on the internet www.exploreurworld.com under VIP weeks.  The sales person told us the price of a studio unit, a one bedroom, and a 2 bedrooms.  Those very same prices are listed on the internet.  But, when you actually try and book....the prices are more than double and availability for more than one week non-existent in high season.  We travel to Mexico to go somewhere warm in the winter....duh!

We should have known as the salesmen at the resort were just plain abusive prior to us getting to the exit sales staff.  Never again.
