Express Auto Transport 30 DAYS AND STILL WILL NOT PICK UP VEHICLE; ASK FOR $100 MORE; THEY KEEP DEPOSIT cincinnata, Ohio

They are one of for shippers that are listed when you buy a vehicle on E-BAY. The promise a maximum of 10 day pick up. After 4 calls to them by the seller and myself and 30 days had went buy. I canceled with them for non compliance, after all I would like to have my gold-wing at some point. Each time we called they acted like they would get it picked up right away (stall tactic). I actually told them they needed to cancel seeing that they could not get a driver to pick up the vehicle. They are keeping the deposit as a fee for placing the order. What a ripoff (fraud) lets start a company like theirs and all we really are after is the deposit for something we can't produce. I have actually turned them over to my state attorney general for false advertising, and defrauding me of my deposit. Now here is the kicker. on the second call they suggested i kick in another $100 to entice a driver to go get my bike > the price was $610 to go about 1000 miles. Sounds like a scam to me. Eventually I guess most folks would surrender the  additional $100 to get their vehicle. E-bay really does not seam to care if the people who advertise with them are reputable or not. After all eBay and paypal are ALL ABOUTTHE MONEY. the talk a clean shop but when you have problems ,they in my case, have usually worked it out to their favor. NOW AT THIS POINT FOUR WEEKS HAVE TRANSPIRED AND THE SELLER WANT'S THE BIKE GONE.What would i have done if the seller was moving and then I would do what!!! I am now having to scheduled an emergency trip to CA to pick up the bike. THANKS Express auto for leading me and and continuing to pretend to have a driver to get the bike.
