Express Cameras this company is a scam call the NJ attorney generals office to complain! Edison New Jersey Internet

I had bought a camera outfit a year ago from express cameras. I had gotten ripped off for over $600 on the package. Shame on me for not doing research. I honestly believed that Sigma might be better than Canon when it came to lenses. It took me a year but i learned from that experience.

I wanted to buy the Canon 70-300 IS lens and the price was advertised at $349.00 That is a great price. I knew it was too good to be true but I deceided that i would give it a try. I ordered the lens and got a comfirmation number in my Email. The next day i got the bait and switch Email to call and confirm my order.

When i called i got the sales pitch about metal mounts and filters but i had done my research and i know Canon only makes metal mounts on their lenses. I refused the extras and the sales person was really getting annoyed and was trying to switch the lens to a sigma lens. I said no and he sounded really annoyed but told me the package would be shipped that night. I got the cancellation Email the next day. I figured it was a great price and maybe it was out of stock so i called to confirm if the lens was in stock. I was told it was and i placed the order again.

Guess what? same situation call to confirm. I called and refused everything and was told it would ship that day. I got another Email canceling my order what a scam! I called and got a nasty guy claiming to be a manager telling me that i was lying about calling to confirm if the lens was in stock.

This company is nothing but a scam. call the attorney generals office in NJ to complain that is the only way we can stop this company from ripping you off. This company has a terrible rating try searching Express cameras and you will see what i mean.
