Express Consolidation ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing consumer fraud deceptive company Delray Beach Florida

I thought I was doing the right thing to try to consolidate my debt, reduce my interest/payments pay off my credit cards. The only problem with that was that I contacted Express Consolidation.

Now, 1-1/2 yrs later, my balances are not close to being paid off (not like the 2 yrs that they promised). In fact, some have increased due to the fact that the payments have been late, not received, etc. They have continually missed payments or have been late, resulting in late fees and mounting interest.

When you do finally get through to someone, you get the same response, that there was a glitch in the bank routing system... etc. I also had creditors that never received the proposals that Express insisted were sent. I am still waiting (3 months now) for a history report to be sent to me showing what payments were received/sent.

I would like to unite all people who have been held hostage by this company to contact your local Attorney General's office and file a complaint. The best thing to happen is that a class action suit be filed, and we get some sort of restitution. At the very least, we stop others from being victimized.
