Facebook online social network fraud, cheat, deceit, misleading Internet

 On New Years Eve I made an online purchase from Hollywood Spins on Facebook.  The sale price was $29.99 and this would give me seven million eight hundred thousand 'coins' and a bonus of two million five hundred thousand additional coins for the price.  10,300,000 total coins.  When I clicked the 'buy now' button I was only given the credit for the 7,800,000, I immediately disputed the charge with Facebook for an immediate cancellation of the charge to my credit card.  They sent an email and said it was under review.   ( They would be in touch in 72 hours) They have not been in touch since.  Since I have disputed the charge I can't reach them through their online form until the dispute is resolved.

The game owner 'Product Madness' has sent  several emails regarding this dispute and they say it is all up to Facebook.  Facebook makes the charge and then tells "Product Madness" how many coins to credit my game. 

They are guilty of false advertising and delayed action on the dispute.
