This company misrepresented to product sold: a Panasonic TA624. They show a photo on their website of a fully complet unit with all parts and covers. They shipped a unit missing the top cover. They also claimed "voicemail integration". But the unit they shipped had outdated software that did not support voicemail integration with the standard Panasonic TVS50 intended for the TA624.

Their calim of "factory serviced" implies a level of quality that is NOT present.

When the bad products were return as defective they charged a restocking fee whic I beleive is WRONG.

My own caller ID add-in card was accidentally returned inside the TA624 system. The company claimed they did not receive this card. They are liars and have now in effect STOLEN my caller ID card.
