Sleazy, deceptive operation. Those trees described at "two to four fee"... would you beilieve they count the root/pot? By their logic, the green part of the plant you get may only be 12" tall. At a 4 foot tall price of course. If this happens to you, fight them hard enough and they will give in. I filed a BBB report and a negative classified ad in the local online paper.

Come on, WHO in the world counts ROOTS in the height of a tree???

Unfortunately Cplusc was given the wrong information by a trainee who no longer works here. Our 2-4 ft trees will be 2-4 ft above ground. This was explained to Cplusc and the BBB when I took over his account. The trainee was confused because we do include the roots and pot size on all plants over 5 ft., which is a common practice in our industry.
