Fastcard In Atlanta - GA Fast card service reps have been trained to give us the run around! ripoff Atlanta Georgia

Hello...I wanted to make an online purchase and ordered my card on October 3rd. Here it is Nov 16th and I have nothing, but some cheesy atm card with 46.05 on it. I started the card with 50 bucks but on november 4th they took a 3.95 monthly charge for my visa card. They told me in october because I had not recieved my card that they would not charge me, sure enough they did and then told me that they would take it off after I recieved my card. They told me that they sent my card out several times and that i would get it in "7 to 14 biz days" each time, well that time has come and gone several times. They would never let me speak to anyone above a phone represenitive, they are busy or not in the office and one represenitive said that she was the only one I could speak to and she would pass the info to her supervisor.


I told the rep that I was getting worried because there were other complaints about them on thie internet and she told me that it was my opinion and I said no, that it was the opinion of other customers and she said that i was the only one who was complaining. I spoke to them today and they said that they would send me another card, but that if i wanted my money back i would have to send in a written statement. In my opinion these people are a scam and I can't believ Visa is associated with them.
