FBK PRODUCTS OR SEPTIC REMEDY EBK Products Scam for Plumbing Products West Palm Beach, Florida

A person called from this company asking for the head of th household, then imediatly discribed that we needed septic repair and their product would fix the problem, after word became vary rude and demanded that we give a credit card number over the phone. We asked for a nuber we could reach them and maybe if they could send information in the mail the man on the phone then became vary loud and said he couldn't give anything of that sort so we kindly asked for an e-mail and he again refused and hung up...this has happend apx 3 times and thus I did my reserch and found it to be an obvious scam where this has happend to many people and also that the ones that fall for it are sent a watered down windex-type product that dont work or nothing at all...i also looked it up on the BBB for southeast florida and this is my results:
"We strongly question the companys reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the laws licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the companys industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

"Customer complaints allege the company advertised for a free sample of septic tank products online or via the telephone they were told that the product was a 30-day trial with no obligation for future purchases. On receiving the products the customers were billed $189.00 for a 5-year supply. Once consumers were able to contact the company they were informed that the conversations were recorded and the return shipping is the customers responsibility if they did not want to keep the 5-year supply"

they dont have a licence to sell nor any government action was taken against this company yet

thus, this is a warning to others in and around my area not to trust this company
