Ferrandino & Son Timara Russ-Account Specialist- Snow Plowing and Salting Services Farmingdale New York

During the snow storm of 2015 Ferrandino and Snon account Specialist Timara Russ contacted my company to do snow plowing of TD banks.  She called it Emergency service.  She promised i would get my pay without 15 days.  We said i just needed general liability. After the services were rendered and i refused do anymore work till i got paid.  They stopped trying to call me.  So my insurance was 1st issue.  It had to get it reissued repeated including adding the snow plowing service. 

Now after back and forth, my isurance been process, now Ms. Russ is been more that evasive and non-commication via email or phone.  They have no reason hold my check but they are.  I would like my check to be issued soon but i do not feel that way.

I will be taking it to next step to ensure my is issued payment.
