Purchased 4 times from thius company. The tires are ok. My problem is their advertised Free Instillation. First I had an appointment to get them put on Took them Two (2) hours. Then I got the bill which includen $56.60 for LABOR. Duh what was freee here. Looked fiurthe $39.60 for balancing.Guess thats not part of the install!!. Then when i e-mailed Firestone I was called back by the shop who could not tell me what exactly Installation meant noir could he advise me e=what ythe extra $16.00 labor was for. Guess Installation is picking thee tires off the floor and tightning the lug nuts., Total False Advertising. AQll they offered me was a couple oil changes n ot even clkopse they would only charge mne for the oil and filter what was free.

Is this the first set of tires you've ever purchased??? "Installation" means "putting a tire on a rim and putting the rim back on the car." I've bought tires from 4 different companies over the years. Every one of them offers free install, and not one of them includes balancing as part of the install package without charging.
