This company sent me a pre-approved card with a 300.00 limit. It all started when I was close to my limit and they hit me with a annual fee 59.00 I think it was. So when the bill came I had the fee plus a over the limit fee. I have never been able to get it under the limit since. No matter when you pay it's late! The fees just keep coming.
I stopped paying and got a letter from them to call. I called and spoke someone who offered a "hardship" plan that lowered my rate from 22.90% to 2% and stopped all late and over the limit fees. I also made a payment at that time.
I just got my bill and of course was still at 22.90% with an over the limit fee as well. What is even better is I just went to there site for the first time to check it out and make a payment. Even though my bill is not due yet there is another 35.00 charge of some sort added to the balance that is not even due yet! THEY NEED TO BE SUED!!!!!!!!
