Due to an axle and bearing failure in my four wheel drive auto, the vehicle had contamination requiring the complete replacement of the "kit" which includes the spindle, axle, bearing seals and wheel drive pipe assembly. This rip-off company says that because of the "consequential damages" of this failure they will not cover repairs.

The contract clearly states that there is Powertrain Coverage:
Front-wheel (internal parts, front-wheel bearings, locking rings and automatic front locking hubs {four-wheel drive vehicles} seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity jointss. Rear-wheel drive (axle shafts, drive axle housing and internal parts, drive shaft, rear wheel bearings, retainers, seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints.

Everytime you call to talk to them you get another person with another story. They keep track of what you say but they don't keep track of what they say to you. One person will say one thing is covered and another will say it is not.

Everyone who works at this company must be told to DENY DENY DENY any coverage. They do not know anything about any mechanical aspect of a vehicle and they argue with the service dealers on how long it takes to fix any repairs. They are incompetent and come across as total fools.

This has to be the most unprofessional, dishonest, rip-off company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT use this service!! You will be cheated
