Sometime around the first week of september I received a call from Caroline Cannon, ID# 493, representing 1st Guardian National Bank. She told me, she would be able to provide me with a visa and mastercard with a credit limit of $2000 & 2500 respectively, if I was willing to pay $199.00 for both cards with a zero interest the first year.

For being a sucker I took her offer and provided her with my bank account and at no time she was able to draw the funds on my account on the 23rd of september 2002, with a promise that the credit cards will be on the way not later than 2 to 3 weeks.

The 2 to 3 weeks went by, and of course just like everyone else I called the number she provided (416-921-7440) and the phone was disconnected. With no other alternative I check the internet and found out that they have been giving false information, no credit card ever came in.

To make the story short I called my bank, and they provided me the phone number of the clearing house that submitted the electronic transfer (813-221-7900) I gave them a call and inquired about 1st Guardian, and told them what happened, they gave me the phone number of the Check Recovery, who in turn submitted the electronic transfer request to them (1-800-721-0930) which were not helpful at all, they won't reverse the transaction, anyway, I explained to my bank to what happened, they were happy enough to return my money "all of it" and in turn "we" went ahead and file a complain with the attorney general (arizona) about the false, misleading representation of Caroline Cannon ID#493 from 1st Guardian National.

Now I know, you can't trust anyone with "Too good to be true promises"
