First Horizon Home Loans is a RIP OFF!!! They ruin your credit, and are VERY un-ethical. First Horizon at 5591 Chamblee-Dunwoody RD-"DAN & SUE IANARELLI" (who call themselves *Mortgage Specialists)They promised me a specific interest rate to purchase my first house. Dan ran my credit 3 times and had his wife call me to correct his mistake after giving me 4 different interest rates. (make sure they shred your documents that you've sent them, if you decide to use them- which you shouldnt). THEY ARE A RIP OFF WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL. Dan's also prejudice against other races. He's also a liar. FIRST HORIZON RAN MY CERDIT & TIMES and ruined my FICO SCORE!. Dan will NOT return my calls, or my messages. FIRST HORIZON IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE FIRST HORIZONS AT 5591 Chamblee Dunwoody rd 770.671.8333- don't use FIRST HORIZONS PERIOD. You will not be happy, you'll be scammed!

I'm an ex employee of FIRST HORIZON in Dunwoody and The Iannarellis (DAN AND SUE) are scammers. They in fact are VERY unethical in their practices. During my time of working there, I have seen several instances as to where Dan will provide a customer an interest rate just to do a "Bait & Switch", then change the interest rate last minute just to try and keep the customer. From my understanding, they will do ANYTHING to remain on a companies list of "Preferred Mortgage Companies" but it seems like companies are scratching them OFF their list. Dont let DAN fool you, he talks a good game, and YES , he IS predjudice, I've heard conversations he's had with his wife about "Blacks", I'm latino and I was even offended.
