I did not miss a payment, yet I am now being kicked out of my house! I have

been living in my home for 13 years! First Horizon Home Loans and Nationstar

mortgage are liars! Nationstar acted like they really WANTED to foreclose.

First Horizon Home loans was my mortgage company, they sold my loan to

Nationstar. Nationstar tells me I am 4 months behind on my mortgage, that this

is what FH told them.  I tell them thisnis not true! I called first horizon so they

can tell Nationstar the truth but they tell me they no longer service my loan.

I tried to prove it to them. I not only emailed, but postal mailed and faxed

copies of all my western union quick collect receipts for the past two years.

They kept telling me they didnt receive my proof of payments.

Next they tell me to fill out a workout packet. I filled out the paperwork,

bank statements, check stubs their forms e.tc. They tell me that was the wrong

forms (they emailed it to me). I fill out another one then they say they didnt

get it. I have the signature postal conformation, so somebody in Texas signed

for it but they continued to lie.

Then on December 1, 2011 they told me to give them 5 payments at once. They

started the foreclosure process on December 21, 2011 now this is going to ruin me.

I made my payments on time. Why did they do this to me and my kids? If there is a

class action lawsuit against either company I would be glad to join!

Govt. needs to crack down on these banks

AUTHOR: yammo - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, October 14, 2012

I too have nothing good to say about this bank. They made my building mortgage a nightmare, constantly asking for the same paperwork over and over again, not coming up with any money until the house was half built, and then trying to change fees during the closing.

I recently contacted them about refinance, and after a quick telephone approval (for me/not my wife which is rediculous) they then told me to give them my credit card number for a nonrefundable $500 fee that would not be returned if the loan was not approved.Even though my credit is well over 800, I knew the scam would be, to not approve me,and keep the money. There are other banks doing the same scam right now.All of this was being done on the phone.I told the person on the phone to slow down and send me some thing via email to prove who he was and that I need to see something in writing. When I called First Horizon/Nationstar they transfered me to a sister bank, all this was happening very quickly over the phone and was very unprofessional.
