It all started when I first purchased my car. It was a brand new KIA and glad we got fianced since my wife and I do not have the best of credit. After signing all the contracts, our salesperson said we had two months before our first car payment was due. Turns out it was only one month or 28 days later from the day we took home the car. So right off the bat, we were already one month behind, which we didn't found out until I went to make the first payment. So I went ahead and tried to make the first payment and there was probablem with either their system or the banks since the payment was rejected by it had come out of my account. They claim the didn't recieve the payment but my bank said it went out but somehow got lost. Still fighting with the bank to get that payment back. So now...we are 2 months behind since I can't pay another car payment that month. So I talked with the finicail manager and was trying to find out what was going on. He said he was more then willing to work with me. We evens et-up a payment arrangment and was able to seperate my payment on the month I owed and then paid my normal month's payment. Then the next month, the same thing happended with the payment not going through. My bank said it was sent out and 1st invenstors said they didn't recieve it. So now that's TWO payments somehwere in cyberspace. So after this payment was rejected, I never once recieved mail or a phone call stated it didn't go through, so now this puts me over two months behind again because I thought it was paid since the money was goen from my account. So last night the repo man came a knockin' on my door, showed me the paperwork stating I owe them $1450...WHAT? The repo guy was really nice, apologized about taking the car and said to call my bank to get this straightened out. So I call them this morning to find out what's going on. They told my options were to...Pay $2500 not including the repo lot feed which was $40 a day and that I had 15 days to pay it due to the wonderful laws in Florida or just let the bank keep it. So now...I have no car to get to work, pick the kids up from school or even go grocery shopping. So after working with their Finical manager assuring me that things will be OK, here I stand with no car, porbably will get laid off due to not showing up to work from lack of transpotation. Guess that's the American way!

Thanks for nothing First Investors!
