i dont even have an account at this bank. but a check that belonged to me was deposited here andd iam going through hell to get my money back. i have been fighting with this bank soon will be a year on march 12 th. there customer service department sucks. there ach department has no idea what they are doing leaving you on hold long enough too cook a full course meal.
they pass you to person to person and maybe out out of the thirty people you speak with one speaks something like english. i dont know what kind of fly by night bank this is, but iam in the process of filing suite . nobody at the bank can tell me why the funds can be returned to me and iam tired of playing games. its my guess that they dont make sure the names on the account match before the take the checks for deposit. at this point i dont care what they dont all i am concered about is my money.

This review is missing a great deal of information.
Was the check forged or stolen? Why are you attempting to get the money back? Why aren't you dealing with your bank instead of the bank where you don't have an account?
