I have been with First Convenience bank for a few years now and I am so done with them. I have been charged NSF charges because I accidently used the wrong account.

I was paying bills and I submitted to pay a bill through the wrong account while I was in the hospital on medication. The company I was paying was so kind to remove the charges from my account but of course the bank wouldn't. So I ended up getting some NSF charges from the bank, On top of that they charged me $35 for Account Negative Balance Fee. Then they took money out of my other account for the NSF charge fees without my authorization!!

I am going through some medical issues. I have had (3) surgeries and lost my job because of having to take time off so I have been going through a lot and I haven't received my disability yet so I've been living off of my IRA and credit cards are maxed out but they can take the little money I had and now I have no money to pay my electric bill!! They are the worst ever!! They just take the cake on kicking someone while they're down!!

What now??? Who cares right First Convenience Bank!

YOU are responsible for your money not the bank!  Do you not keep a check register of the money you spend?? YOU admit you used the wrong account so you are responsible for that mistake not the bank. And NO I do not work for them. I learned from my many OD fees to keep a register of every penny I spend and now I do not have that problem even when I was in between jobs. Start taking responsibility for your own actions regardless of your situation. If not, use cash.
