As another parent of deceased child, who closed the account in 1994 with the financial institution alleging debt, I am impressed with First National Collections Bureau, Inc. The Rep claims a bad check surfaced in 2007 in the amount of fifty one dollars. Further he says, these things wouldn't happen if I wasn't writing bad check and as a result of my activites, the debt was reported to ChexSystems! Where can I get on the list for a Class Action...
