First Premier Credit Card card payment rip off Sioux Falls South Dakota

I signed up for this high fee credit card in order to improve my credit after my recent bankruptcy. I got my credit card statements and paid on time for the first two months. I looked on my credit report and saw that I was credited with paying on time.

Then, the third month, I got no statement. I got nothing from First Premier. I tried to log on to their web site and was given the error message that my card number was invalid.

Then, I get a call from the collection department. They told me I owed the entire sum of $185 because I was late in paying my card.

I told them to cancel my card as I was already bankrupt and they couldn't hurt me any more. They agreed to take the late payment and the next month's payment from my wife's bank account.

I still have not received a statement for this next month and the payment is due in a few days. Since they have proven to be dishonest already, I suspect they don't want to send me a statement because they've put all sorts of late fees on my account.

This company is a rip off of the first rank. I played straight with them and paid my first two payments on time. Then they pull this stunt on me of not sending a statement and wanting to charge me late fees.

I'm disgusted with this crowd of crooks.
