I opened an account with First Premier around March of 2012, have paid my payments each month before due, yet it takes these crooks up to 20 days after my bank pays them to apply credit to my account which on March 2, 2013 I paid over $200 on my account yet they claim according to their website that I am over my limit and have not yet posted my payment and I have NEVER been over my limit.

About six months ago I asked for an increase, they said it was too soon, I asked again in February 2013 and again according to them it was too soon.  I have made payments on time for 11 months yet it is too soon for an increase.  These people are crooks and at this point I will cancel my card and report them to the attorney general for unethical business practices and seek a class action suit against them for the same reason.  It is nuts to pay on time and yet either be over the limit or as they claim it is too soon for an increase.  They can stick their card.

It is no wonder why you are with a Sub-Prime credit card with your attitude.  Here is something you need to know..credit is NOT a right it is a privilege.

You are not entitled to a specific amount of credit, or a guaranteed increase in your credit line after a certain amount of time.  If they never want to increase your credit line that is their right, just like it is your right to cancel your credit card if you don't want to abide by their terms.

As for your payments.   First, your payment is only on-time if they receive it by the due date.  If you are paying it through your bank on the due date..I can just about guarantee you it is late, as it can take anywhere from 3-10 days for the payment to get to them.  There is no such thing as "The check is in the mail" with credit cards.

As to your payments being held.  As long as they note your account that the payment was received on the date it was received, they can hold the money and not make it immediatly available again.  The reason they do this is because based on your history you have proven that you can not be trusted with credit.  So they want to make sure that your payment is actually good before they allow you to spend more of their money.   If during this time you spent money that wasn't truly available..you are in fact over your credit limit.

As for your "Class Action Lawsuit".  Yep.. the last vestige of the truly uninformed.  If you knew what it takes to even get a Class Action started you would realize how laughable your claim actually is.
