They are in constant violation of fair debt and collection practices USC Title 15 1601 and 15USC 1692 Sec. 805,806,807 and potentially others as an individual case may be. The Federal Trade Commission will be happy to receive your complaint against this institution as fortunately there are laws prohibiting scharlatens from operating as they do.
Anyone having tried to get beyond a 800# call screener that would like to contact them direct there actual address is 601 south minnesota av.,Sioux Falls , S.D. 57104 real telephone number is 605-357-3000. The registered agent is Vice President,Michael Blubaugh and his fax # is 605-357-3185, that is of course today. The way they operate they may be in a new state with different name but same game tommorow.
