Try to pay off the balance you owe and see what happens. They start to charge you late fees even though they receive the payment on time saying they had to withhold the check until it clears and it can take about 10 days. Try asking how long ahead of the due date you should send the payment if so because this is unheard of, they say they aren't 100% sure but can take up to 10 days. What's the point of a due date then if you receive the payment before the due date but will charge a late fee because of processing? 

I always use online banking and none of my credit cards show that my payments was late except for this one. This company WILL end up hurting your credit  rather than help it.
