Flat Rate Movers THEY ARE RIPOFFS AND SCAM ARTIST AND ILLEGAL!!! Atlanta, Georgia

THEY ARE RIPOFFS AND SCAM ARTIST AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL!!! FLAT-RATE MOVERS LLC is also holding my belongings and DID NOT follow the contract.

Adam was rude and yelled at me and then hung up on me. The moving specialist, Paul is not taking any of my calls and I have left numerous voice messages.  Raymond called me a liar!

I was told and signed a contract stating that my belongings would be delivered on July 9, 2012

NO DELIVERY!!  I called Adam and he hung up on me as well as calling Paul AND LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAILSNo response!  So I called the companys number and spoke with Teresa who proceeded to get an attitude. 

I told her all I want are my things and an estimated delivery date because I feel like I am being ripped off.  She told me after numerous calls that it would be 7-10 days and I would receive a 24 hour notification.  

NO 24hr NOTIFICATION and they delivered while I wasnt home.  I called and was told that I would have to have more money and that I was lying about not receiving the 24 hour notification call. 

I was threatened by Adam that he would hold my things and I would have to pay a storage fee.  I even stated that I would call the police and contact an attorney--He says go ahead. 

I believe that this is there business and what they do--PROFESSIONAL CON-ARTIST AND RIPOFFS! Because after receiving my 60% deposit, Paul stopped taking my calls. Adam tried to change the moving date to make easier for him.  I told him that we (Paul and I) had  agreed on a pickup date and that is what I would do.  Then they wouldn't give an estimated delivery date after they FAILED to deliver my goods on the agreed date.

The Roswell and Atlanta police said they can't help me but did advise me to file a claim and thats what I am doing!!!

I am going to do whatever I need to do to get my belongings as well as getting this company shut down.  I have an attorney.  THEY ARE RIPOFFS AND SCAM ARTIST AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL!!!!
