Florida Passport ripoff will not stick to there word St. Petersburg Florida

I was contacted by florida passports and told about this sweet deal, well they said i had 7 days to cancel after i recieve the things in the mail.

Well i didn't recieve it until the day it was supposed to be cancelled, so i called to cancel a couple of days later due to me not getting to it til the next day.

several things i called back and they said they never got my call on there "automated system" so the guy told me if i would send a phone bill proving the date i called that he would refund my money and the overdraft fees.

well i wasn't able to get that information for another month. So i call today and talk to a different person. He told me that it's not there fault and that i wouldn't get my money.

me having people who work at the post office things don't come 7 days late especially if it's bulk mail. so right now i am still trying to see the exact send date for my material.

If everything is how i think and they don't refund my money there will be a lawsuit.
