While we apologize for the delay, as stated in your contract the product is to arrive and be installed 6-8 weeks from the time of the approval. Contrary to what you advised us at the time of order your home was located in the Historical District of Miami. As a result, not only was Archietcural Board approval required, but elevations of the structure and additional engineering as per the requirements of the Board. Upon approval of the Architectural Review Board, the permit was promplty submitted to the city and the permit was issued. While we apologize for the miscommunciation in regard to the timing of the order, we assure you that the delay in the process was caused by the municipality requirements and not our company. We are pleased that your job was done in accordance with the requirements as set forth by the city, and hope that you enjoy your products for years to come.
