I ordered live flower arrangement from photo and description, company sent totally different, cheaper item, contrary to their stated policy.

I ordered a $101.96 live flowering arrangement featuring two yellow rose plants and two blue violet plants, symetrically arranged in a tightly woven wicker basket.  Instead, bait-and-switch style, they sent one much cheaper, hideous pink flowering plant with greenery in a green ceramic vase with a big pink bow on it, even though address included a man's name.  All they offered was a 20% refund which did not even cover the $50 reduction in value.
