Bought a bouquet for my daughter's birthday, which fell on a Sunday. Flowershopping.com advertises Sunday delivery, and they charge $9.95 extra for the service, which I paid. They delivered the flowers a day early, totally ruining the surprise I had for her. They kept the $9.95, and only refunded it after I complained to their customer service.
